These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Zenith ("the service", "we", "us"), available at zenithapp.co. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service
Zenith is a personal budgeting and financial tracking application. It helps you record budgets, transactions, savings, goals, and investments, and provides scores, forecasts, and optional AI analyses to help you understand your own finances.
Beta status
Zenith is offered as a beta. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep your data safe, but you should keep your own records of anything important.
Your account
- You must provide an accurate email address and keep your login credentials secure.
- An account is for one person. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attack, probe, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.
- Abuse, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent security or rate-limiting controls.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms.
Not financial advice
Important: Zenith is not financial advice
Everything Zenith produces, including scores, forecasts, buy priorities, allocation suggestions, affordability estimates, and AI analyses, is informational only. It is not investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
Zenith does not know your full circumstances. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. Always do your own research and, where appropriate, consult a qualified professional. Past performance and modeled projections do not guarantee future results.
AI features and your own API key (BYOK)
Zenith's AI features use your own Anthropic API key. Any usage and costs associated with that key are your responsibility, and your use of Anthropic's service is subject to Anthropic's own terms. You are responsible for keeping your key confidential; we store it encrypted and never display it in full.
Payments and subscriptions
Zenith may offer paid plans. If and when paid plans are offered, they are billed by our payment provider, and the specific pricing, billing cycle, and cancellation terms will be presented to you at the point of purchase and added to these Terms. During the beta, access is provided on a trial or granted basis and no payment is required.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings, Account, Delete account, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service or its users. On termination, the sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any financial loss arising from decisions you make using the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction identified in the operator details above, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we make a material change, we will update the version and date above and, for signed-in users, may ask you to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the service.
